After burning out at the ad agency I was with and working 9-5s for 10 years, I started my business in January 2017.
You don’t learn how to build a business in design school so I dove into it! I bought all the courses, learned all the strategies, and absorbed all of the information I could.
I even did all the things - live launches, the events, the daily posting and engagement… And guess what? I was freaking tired, yo.
I recreated the exact scenario that I had left - Work, work, work, drop...
Not enough money, not enough time with family or for myself, super stressed and exhausted, I was literally working myself sick and I reached the end of my rope.
Two autoimmune disease diagnoses later, I knew that I had to do business in a different way that didn’t have me dealing with frustrating clients or working nights and weekends.
For the last two years,
I've done it differently.
I’ve used relationship building and organic social engagement to build my multi 6 figure business in a way that feels easy, gives me the time I need away, and pays me what I want.
And I want to show you how you can do it too.

WHEN ARE THE GROUP CALLS?
The group calls are every other Tuesday at 1pm CST. Calls are recorded, though, if you miss - so you'll be able to catch all the information, even if you're busy that day.
Are there different levels of membership?
Yes! There are two levels of membership for The Agency Insiders - The Academy and The Circle.
The Academy is for women who are just getting started and want to dip their toes into the group.
The Circle is for women who are established, want to uplevel, and are ready to dive right in. With this you get 1:1 calls and Voxer access.
After you apply, we will get on a call and figure out which one is how you would best like to be supported.
What is the VIP day?
The VIP Deep Dive is how we kick off your membership into The Agency Insider Circle! You and I will meet for a couple hours on Zoom and dive deep into your business - identifying holes and bottlenecks in your business, exploring target audience, and building out a plan for your next steps.
What is in the resource library?
This is your business-building vault. From contracts to proposals to sales scripts - we’ve compiled our very best resources for you to take and make your own.
What about the Designer's toolkit?
The Toolkit is where you’ll access my agency’s personal library of design and strategy templates for things like social graphics, folder structures, copywriting, message building, and even strategic conversion-focused website building.
How long is the commitment?
The commitment is for 12 months. This is a good amount of time to begin to make the next level changes you are here to make. The most important part of our time together will be about taking the discoveries you make about your business and life and having it in a place to continuously grow and expand with success. Typically, a person can struggle with business concerns their whole life. Expect a fraction of that as a result of our time together. Virtually all of my clients enjoy a substantial (sometimes dramatic) up-leveling in the productivity and profit of their business and life within a few short months.
What is the cost?
There are two different membership options for The Agency Insiders and also different payment plans. These range from $497/month to $2,500/month. We also have The Agency Insider Squad available at $97/month. We can discuss what best fits your needs on our first call after we receive your application.
What is covered on the group calls?
On the group calls every other week we’ll be covering a variety of topics. From sales to branding to mindset, and everything in between, I and the other trainers will help you in every aspect of making your business successful.
Every call will also provide an opportunity to get your questions answered and to receive laser-focused coaching specific to your challenges.
What is the virtual retreat like?
The virtual retreats are two day events where we come together as a group to either receive dialed-in training and learn how to implement it OR are guided co-working sessions focused on a specific part of your business that has been put to the side for too long. These are crazy-productive and super informational sessions that drastically help you move the needle in your business.
