I went through a journey that caused me to crash and burnout as I scaled my graphic design business.
Over time, I figured out how to grow from $100 logos to $5k months to $10k months… to today, where I enjoy multi-6 figures in annual revenue, while working around 20 hours a week, supported by a team of 6.
As a neurodivergent entrepreneur. With kids. And pets. And 2 auto-immune diseases.
It took a helluva a lot of trial and error (not to mention many tears and tarot spreads) to find my path to build a profitable and sustainable design business I genuinely enjoy.
But as you move into the position of CEO of your profitable business, a few things typically get in the way.
